WARM FEET ON DEMAND
The chili-feet heat sole does not need any batteries at all, because the heat is generated by the movement and the generated pressure on the sole.
With chili-feet there are no standard sizes and shapes, the sole can be cut to size.
The chili-feet sole adapts to the shoe bed and remains in the appropriate shape, resulting in the best wearing comfort.
The chili-feet sole can be compressed about 1.5 million times and is washable at max. 30 °.
Chili-Feet, a Swiss innovation, brings you heated insoles that defy the norm. These battery-free wonders operate in a league of their own, unmatched by conventional heating or insulation insoles.
What sets Chili-Feet apart is our commitment to quality and sustainability. We proudly produce these warming insoles in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, ensuring they meet our stringent standards.
Few things rival the beauty of strolling through captivating autumn and winter landscapes. Thanks to Chili-Feet, you can now relish these walks with warm and toasty feet, no matter the weather or the length of your adventure.
Extensive tests in the laboratory show the increase in temperature when using the chili-feet warming soles. With the 3mm sole, the sole temperature is already 5°C higher after 12 minutes compared to the start temperature. With the 5mm sole, it is even 10°C more after 12 minutes.

Venice in winter is a dream, but unfortunately you also have to live with high water. I had chili-feet warming soles in the rubber boots and waded with them for hours through the icy sea water. I really didn't have cold feet! Viva chili-feet!

The chili-feet soles are just brilliant. I work at the post office and I never want to work without them in the winter again.

I am absolutely thrilled! And not only during the sport, but also afterwards. I belong to the sort of person who freezes quite quickly quite miserable to the toes. That is with chili-feet snow of yesterday!

The warm soles of our sons are in military use and have proven sensationally well. They are the only ones with warm feet and this even with shoe size 50! Simply super!

After I had comfortably warm feet with the chili-feet heat soles in curling use in the hall and in the open air, now my wife has also tested the heat soles in normal winter shoes and in curling shoes. She is overjoyed and has no more cold feet.

If you have constantly cold feet, we recommend the 5mm soles. These produce some more heat than the 3mm sole. However, it is important that you have enough space in the shoes despite the 5mm soles, so that you can compress the soles in each case and relieve them again. Because the heat production takes place through the permanent compression and relaxation of the material.
In principle, the sole can be used many times. We assume that the heat-producing base material can be compressed in the order of about 1 - 1.5 million times until it "goes flat". Assuming you make about ¾ meter per step, this gives an order of magnitude of 2 x 1,000km. However, depending on the condition of the shoe and socks, the upper will be worn down over time. Please note that a sole is quite "maltreated" by the feet and the shoes and therefore also from this side wear occurs over time.
Intensive use, we have also already noticed that the upper or lower material comes loose. With a simple iron or an ironing press (without steam and with a cloth between the material and the iron), the material can be partially "ironed on" again.
The chili-feet soles adapt to the shoes by taking and maintaining the shape of the shoe bed. So the sole does not bulge, but lies optimally in the shoe. Since the sole does not have a fixed arch, it is suitable for any type of shoe. The sole also adjusts accordingly after changing into a new/different pair of shoes. The soles of chili-feet are thus suitable for any shoe and foot shape.
The chili-feet are not ideal for alpine skiing. Our extensive tests have shown that you tend to move too little in terms of time when alpine skiing. The insulation effect also gained with the sole is there, but the heat production is very low. The heat production only occurs when one runs and thus permanently presses on the soles and relieves them again. This is less the case with alpine skiing. The effect is therefore only limited and from our point of view too little noticeable. This is different when snowshoeing, cross-country skiing or walking. There chili-feet unfolds the effect best.
Because the soles convert the pressure of body weight into heat, a certain minimum weight is required. The benefit of the thermal sole is limited to the insulating effect when the weight is less than 48kg. At a lighter weight, the heat production is significantly lower. Whether a noticeable heat is produced at, for example, 35kg, has not yet been tested.
This cannot be assessed completely conclusively, as the sensation of warmth is always also a subjective sensation. However, since the pressure point when cycling is primarily at the front of the ball of the foot, it is quite conceivable that a warming effect occurs. The toes, on the other hand, are the most exposed area and hardly any pressure is exerted during cycling, which means that hardly any heat is produced. In this case, it is especially recommended to use the 5mm sole, since this produces quite a bit more energy than the 3mm heat sole.
The chili-feet can be cut with normal scissors. The cutting has no negative impact on the functionality of the thermal sole.
Each package always includes a pair of soles, so for the left and right shoe.
